  • After visiting the URL, go to the bottom of the page and in the sky blue colored strip, click on the first block "Regular/paper visa application".
  • In the first block, "Country/Region you are applying for a visa from" select Tunisia from the drop-down.
  • In the next block, "Indian Mission/Office", select Tunis.
  • In the Nationality block, Select "Libya".
  • In the next block, you have to enter your date of birth in the (DD/MM/YYYY) format. For example, a person born on 16th April 1969 must enter 16/04/1969 as their date of birth.
  • Enter your email ID in the next block.
  • Reenter your email ID to Reconfirm your.
  • Enter the expected date of arrival in India in the next block in the (DD/MM/YYYY) format.
  • In the "Visa Type" block, enter Medical Visa.
  • In the Next block, "Purpose", enter from the drop-down "for patients" and the medical attendants escorting the patient must enter " For Foreign nationals coming as a medical attendant".
  • Enter the captcha, as mentioned, and submit.
