Dr Deepak Sarin is well known name among head and neck cancer surgeons of North India. Dr Deepak Sarin is currently Director - Head and Neck oncology at cancer institute of Medanta-the medicity hospital.gurgaon,Haryana. Dr Deepak passed his MBBS and MS ( Otolaryngology) from prestigious  All India institute of Medical sciences, D.N.B. ( Otolaryngology) and did his fellowship in head and neck cancer surgery from University of Miami,USA. Dr Sarin has vast experience of performing Numerous complicated head and neck cancer surgeries including reconstructive surgeries, oral cancer surgery,throat cancer surgery,thyroid surgery ( including robotic surgery),parathyroid surgery ( including minimally invasive techniques), parotid gland surgery. The expertise of Dr Deepak sarin spans over two decades . He was instrumental  in developing the Head & Neck Cancer Department and is trained as a clinical fellow in Head & Neck Ablative as well as Reconstructive surgery at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, University of Miami, United States. His expertise lies in Oral Cancer, Throat Cancer, Thyroid surgery (including robotic surgery), Parathyroid surgery (including minimally invasive techniques), Parotid surgery, Tracheal reconstruction and Laser and Robotic resection for head & neck cancer. Dr Sarin is intimately involved in clinical and translational research and has passion for education. Dr Sarin was key figure in starting head and neck cancer surgery department in three of well reputed hospitals of Delhi & NCR,including Sir Gangaram hospital in New Delhi, Artemis Hospital in Gurgaon and Medanta hospitals,Gurgaon.
