Infertility Treatment in India | IUI | IVF | ICSI | IMSI

At complete Medicare Solutions, we are associated with best equipped Infertility treatment centers of India and best Indian infertility specialists for cost effective and successful treatment of our global guests. The Infertility treatments we offer for our global guests are:

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI):

This is the first line of infertility treatment. The semen of male partner is processed in an incubator with special culture media and then the best quality sperms are placed in uterine cavity around the time of ovulation.

In vitro Fertilization (IVF):

For unexplained infertility, endometriosis, failure of IUI the best option could be IVF. The eggs are retrieved through vagina using a needle attached to an ultrasound probe and then mixed with husband’s sperm and kept in incubator for two days. The embryo is then placed into the womb of wife.

The intra Cytoplasmic Sperm injection (ICSI):

The advent of ICSI has totally revolutionized treatment for male factor infertility. It has helped men with very low or almost no sperms become father of their own child. The eggs are retrieved from the female partner; each egg is fertilized with a single motile sperm (obtained through MESA/TESE procedure). The eggs are put in an incubator for two days and then embryos are placed in womb of wife.

Intra Cytoplasmic Morphologically Selected Sperm injection (IMSI):

IMSI is an advanced version of ICSI. In IMSI the magnifying capacity for sperm is increased to 7000dpi whereas with ICSI the magnification is only 400dpi. Examination of sperm at this high-magnification (7000dpi) with high contrast and high resolution results in selection of the normal sperms from a pool of large number of abnormal sperms prior to injecting it into the egg & therefore results in better quality embryos.IMSI is a better treatment option for patients who have failed previous IVF or ICSI treatment. Other Procedures offered to our Global guests in treatment of Infertility are In Vitro Maturation (IVM),Embryo freezing, Semen banking, Egg and embryo donations, Assisted laser Hatching, Blastocyst Culture, Surrogacy, Oocyte bank and Ovarian Tissue Bank.
